Predominant wind, barometric pressure, cold fronts, wind speed, sunrise & sun set. We rely heavily on our weather apps during the hunting season to help us determine when and where we want to hunt, what layers we need to wear, and what to expect when we get set up. However, are all weather apps created equal? Should we simply trust the weather app that comes with our phone or simply go to the Weather Channel app? What forecasting model do those basic weather apps use? In today's episode, Jacob shares his top 3 weather apps that he examines closely when preparing for a simple hunt in the evening, or on a long extended trip out of state.
